Ingredients

cup
old-fashioned oats
3/4
cup
milk
1/2
cup
yogurt
plain or flavored, according to your preference

Tablespoons
orange juice
juice of one lime
or 1 Tablespoon lemon or lime juice from a bottle
1
apple
diced or shredded
1
handful of
red grapes
halved or whole, according to preference
1/4
cup
chopped hazelnuts
or nut of preference
1/2-1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
or pumpkin spice
Optional Ingredients for added nutrition and flavor
ground flaxseed
chia seeds
honey
Instructions
Combine all ingredients until distributed evenly. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.
Add more liquid or oats depending on desired consistency.
Top with additional cinnamon or hazelnuts according to preference. Serve in individual glasses or bowls as desired.
Notes
Note: Any of the ingredients can be substituted for a more desirable option according to personal preference, but this recipe is how I like it!
